1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the scrplay8 website and its services, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in this Terms and Conditions document. These terms form a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and scrplay8 as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the scrplay8 website and services immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To register a scrplay8 account, users must meet the following requirements:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the country where the user resides.
• Not be located in a territory or jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online betting.
• Register using true, accurate and current personal information including full name, mobile phone number and an active email address.
• Not have had an account previously terminated by scrplay8 for a breach of terms.

3. User Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any time. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or terminated.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their account. This includes:

• Keeping the password confidential and not sharing login information with any other party.
• Notifying scrplay8 immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected.

• Not allowing any third party to use your account, whether directly or indirectly.

scrplay8 reserves the right to request that users submit identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) at any time for licensing compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

scrplay8 provides various payment methods to facilitate users' financial transactions. All transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 per method — Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually between 30 minutes and 3 hours. In certain situations such as when additional verification is required, this period may be longer.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. No withdrawal to a third-party account is permitted.
• scrplay8 reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal request if there is activity that raises suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

scrplay8 offers various promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus — 120% up to RM1,000:

• A bonus of 120% of the first deposit amount, with a maximum cap of RM1,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any withdrawal of those bonus funds is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement RM120 × 20 = RM2,400.
• Second example: Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,800 → Wagering requirement RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000.
• The bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new user.

scrplay8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any abuse of the bonus system, including through the holding of multiple accounts, will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account terminated.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the scrplay8 platform are subject to the game rules set by the respective game providers. Users are required to understand the rules of each game before participating.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in technical situations where a verifiable system error has occurred.
• scrplay8 reserves the right to void a bet if there is evidence of match fixing or an obvious odds display error.
• In the event of a dispute relating to a live casino or sports game result, the decision of the game operator is final.
• Game results generated through a certified random number generator (RNG) are final and cannot be disputed.

7. Prohibitions and Restrictions

8. Account Termination

A scrplay8 account can be terminated in two ways:

At the user's request: Users may apply to close their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period after all pending transactions have been settled.

At scrplay8's discretion: scrplay8 reserves the right to terminate or suspend an account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• The account is linked to money laundering or financial crime.
• The user is found to be below the minimum age requirement.

In cases of termination due to a breach, scrplay8 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the completion of an internal investigation.

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, third-party technical issues, or circumstances beyond scrplay8's control.
• Betting decisions made by users based on information obtained from third parties.
• Loss of account access resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by payment service providers.

scrplay8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

10. Amendments to Terms

scrplay8 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on the official scrplay8 website.

Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest changes. Continued use of the scrplay8 platform after amended terms are published will be considered your acceptance of those amended terms.
